The Enduracomp SRL Series lubricated scroll compressors are designed to provide high-performance compressed air solutions with ultra-quiet operation, making them ideal for smaller to medium-sized industrial applications. One of the key features of the Enduracomp SRL Series is its intelligent control system, which is designed to optimize energy usage. For the 4-7.5 kW models, a single drive train with stop-start operation is employed, ensuring efficient operation for smaller demands. Meanwhile, the 11-15 kW models feature twin drive trains that are managed by an advanced controller. This system intelligently selects whether one or both units should operate to meet the air demand, ensuring that energy is used efficiently. The controller also alternates the lead and lag compressors, helping to balance service hours and extend the life of the units. In addition, these compressors completely eliminate expensive off-load running, helping to reduce operational costs significantly.
The SRL Series offers three configurations to suit different needs: base, tank-mounted, and tank-mounted “full feature” models. The full-feature units come with an integrated refrigerant dryer and two filters, providing a comprehensive compressed air solution. This setup ensures that the system not only provides clean, dry air but also manages condensate effectively. The full-feature models are especially useful for environments where air quality and reliability are critical, offering a complete, ready-to-use compressed air station.
The SRL compressors are built with premium features to enhance performance and longevity. The compressors also feature stainless steel pipework, which provides superior durability over cheaper nylon alternatives, preventing issues like splitting and work hardening.
